Foodservice Operations and Retail Food Establishments Level 1 Certification in Food Protection
The Guernsey county Health Department beginning in January 2019 will be offering level 1 certification monthly. At least one person per shift of a foodservice operation or retail food establishment or the person who is responsible for the operation at the time of inspection shall complete this mandated requirement of the Ohio Administrative Code Section 3701-21 Paragraph 1 (1).
The course fee is $50.00\employee which includes course workbook and exam. Each class is three hours and can be conducted at your operation or otherwise at the Health Department.
