The Cambridge Guernsey County Health Department and the Noble County Health Department are pleased to provide the Noble County/Guernsey County Community Health Assessment which was completed in June 2017. This report is the result of a collaborative effort coordinated by the Cambridge Guernsey County Health Department and the Noble County Health Department and is intended to help community stakeholders better understand the health needs and priorities of those who reside in these counties.
