Community Health Improvement Plan

In June, 2017, the Cambridge-Guernsey County Health Department in Guernsey County, Ohio entered into an agreement with Illuminology and The Ohio State University’s Center for Public Health

Practice to develop a regional Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).
